At EMI, we understand the importance of keeping up with the technology of the times. We strive to use the most advanced technology available in order to meet our clients’ changing needs. Here are a few examples of how we achieve excellence through technology.
In 2003, EMI purchased our first Rolland Mill DWX-50. The mill offers simultaneous machining and five-station automatic tool changer. It can mill zirconia, PMMA, wax, and trinia with precision. This milling unit is one of the most reliable units available. The DWX-50 supports a wide range of software and tools and is built on open technology, allowing for easy integration with any commercially available dental prosthetic production solution. Since then, we have purchased another Rolland to allow us to handle our increased order volume.
